The 'Gyroscope Wheel' is a modified bicycle wheel with protection discs at the handles so the hands of the user cannot touch the spokes. The wheel is good as a gyroscope because the most mass is on the outer edge of the wheel (the tire).
On one side of the axle, a special pulley is fitted to permit the winding around of a strong cord. When the wheel is held by its axles and a second person pulls firmly and steadily on the cord, the wheel is spun up to high speed.
