1. Digital Tensile Testing machine evaluates the tensile strength of various materials.
The machine works on the principle of Constant rate of Transverse.
It has upper and lower jaws.
2. The upper is fixed and cannot move while the lower jaw moves at constant speed with the help of motor.
The lower jaw is steadily made to move to assess the tensile strength of the section.
3. The motor comes fitted with a gear Box and a lead screw arrangement and holds a special sensor, connected with a load cell.
The sensor is capable of determining the load exerted on the stationary jaw and directly indicating the reading in kgs (in digital format).
